My approach is informed by both my background in traditional psychotherapy and my training and experience with a variety of body/energy work and spiritual approaches to human development and evolution. For some clients simply talking about their issues seems useful. For others the use of specific techniques to help integrate material that is stored in the body and/or the energy field proves to be beneficial. My approach is anything but static. It is best characterized by my belief that what many of us need most is a more compassionate understanding of ourselves so that we may discover how best to facilitate out own healing process.
